The service

FutureMe SA lets you upload a photo, choose a transformation and receive one AI-generated image for R10. Images are created by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment only.

AI results

• Images are not predictions of your real future, appearance, career or wealth.
• Results vary. We aim to keep you recognisable, but we can't guarantee any particular likeness or quality.
• Better results come from a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo of just you.

Payment & failed images

Payment is taken once per image through our payment provider. If we cannot generate your image after you have paid, you can retry at no extra cost; if it still fails, contact us for a refund. Because digital images are delivered immediately, successful generations are otherwise non-refundable.

What you must not do

• Upload a photo of anyone other than yourself, or any photo of a child. You must be 18 or older.
• Use the service to impersonate, defame, harass or deceive anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload sexual, violent or otherwise unlawful content, or try to bypass our safeguards or rate limits.

We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules, remove any image, and block people who misuse the service. Photos are checked automatically, and images can be reported at /report.

Your image

You may download, keep and share your generated image for personal use, provided you leave the “AI-generated” label in place and don't present it as a real photograph. Images are deleted automatically after a short retention period, so download yours. You confirm the photo you upload is of you.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected image.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
